You're on the right track with grounds. Follow the neg/grd battery cables down to the radiator crossmember and to the engine block. Remove the bolts and clean everything to shiny bright.
Do the same on the ground harnesses up near the injector rail. Good idea to keep the wires bolted to the same place.
Finally check the alternator ground wire from the alt frame to the block. You can easily string a back up ground from the alternator frame over to the battery negative post, since the OEM alternator ground wire often comes loose or breaks.
The grounds on the inside of the car are usually clean, so concentrate on the ones I mentioned and I'll bet that you'll be all set. BTW, the radiator crossmember ground need cleaning every year or so.
