I have a 1987 900 turbo..
I changed everything on the brake system..
new pads, rotors, calipers, stainless lines, booster..
took it to inspection at a garage and they beat the crap out of my car.. man!! they told me I needed a new brake master cylinder, I told them "yah.. I know it's going pretty soon"
then I get in my car to drive home and "no brakes at all" and there was no fluid in the master!
I looked and didn't see it leak anywhere..
anyway.. to make the story shorter.. eghmm..
I just got a new girling master from eeuroparts and popped it on in like 20 min..
now.. after testing it up and down the driveway.. I keep loosing the fluid.. three times filled and down to almost nothing..
checked everywhere and no leaks in the brake system.. looked at the clutch line (which is new) and the bleeder nipple and they are dry..
BUT...
I noticed brake fluid (alot) on the trans skid plate..
does this mean my clutch is kaput?
I'm not familiar with exactly how the clutch operates, so I'm very callow in that area.
can anyone shed some light on what might be wrong?
thanks!!
