I like the idea of CMyles with the hot water in a syringe. Another source if you local paramedic doesn't work is a pet store, or veternarian. I like the idea of the lithium grease better than the WD40 -- WD40 has an acid in it, and is not really a lubricant. I went to a locksmith and got a small spray can of Lock-Ease. It has a graphite in it, and has a spray snorkel to insert it into the lock. This solved my "heavy" key feel when we dropped below zero.
