Yes, its a lot of work, but not that tough. I have found the rust issues are the biggest hassle of the whole swap. I put a 5psd into an 88 AT a few years ago, and have done some other engine swaps. You will be glad you did! Email me if you need any advice. One idea- make sure you pull lower ball joints on both sides and tilt the hubs outward when pulling the engine. And put old brake pads or official Saab spacer tools under the upper A-arms first before you do this, to take the tension off the lower A-arm.
