It is a real gremlin.
For the past year it has acted differently at different times.
This last fall, it would actually cut out the electricity completely. While driving, the electrical system would die for a sec. If I was stopped at an intersection, I would have to restart the car. If moving, it would jerk and keep going. Often, I would have to recode the radio. Just as I would if I had disconnected the battery.
At the present time, it will still cut out for a sec, but it doesn't die completely and I don't have to recode the radio. Otherwise, essentially the same symptoms. Sometimes this happens once or twice while I am on an outing. Then it won't happen for a week.
Do you think the .16 reading on the mm is significant?
