My 86' 8v non t, has been experiencing a nasty cold start problem for sometime. At first my car would turn on but idle at 0.2rmps and die until it reach about 1/4 on green zone. After some adjustment and replacements it continue to idle that low and would stall if you press the gas. Some of the replacing includes fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines, fuel injection cleaner, cold start valve testing, auxiliary air valve replacement and fuel pump relay. This problem is really driving me crazy since I gotta be up double early just for my car to warm up. Recently it has been some change, my car just won't start after repetively tries, when it finally starts it would idle at low rpm and runs perfect for the rest of the day until I leave off throug midnight. Last day I disconnect some fuel lines from the distributor and there was no fuel pressure, disconected also lines from the injectors and there was no pressure neither. Is a faulty fuel acummulator the cause for all this problems? I have been working over the problem over a year. (I admit running my car under 1/2gas a lot, pump has also become a lil bit noisy) I'll apprecciate any given advisory help.
