Is the car shaking? Did you double check that your timing marks line up with the cam timing marks? I had read that the camshaft marks should always point slightly more towards the intake side and never the exahuast side. I assumed you also checked the timing with a light. I'm also expecting the idle to need adjustment. I had my head cleaned and valves seats ground by the machine shop. My guess is that the air flow will be slightly greater than before (compared to a head with 100k miles for example) thus, the air bypassing the throttle at idle needs to be adjusted down. I guess this is a standard tune up procedure at this point. Let me know what worked.
