If you think the rear calipers look cool painted red, then you will probably like the look of the fronts painted red.
I paint my new calipers (and the unswept areas of the rotors), but I use black. The finish on most of the rebuilt calipers begins to corrode as soon as brake cleaner hits it, so a quick coat of black paint helps the appearance without looking too ricey.
