DDunn, under Search, look for "Three Fat Nuts" method of releasing pressure plate, several posts under my own name. The lever tool is probably prohibitively expensive and rare as well because no one uses it.
The idea is, remove every other one of the six pressure plate to flywheel bolts, loosen the other three quite a bit but not all the way out, then pry pressure plate "ears" (three projecting forged parts) up, in succession, and pop a fat nut (1/2-13NC works for me) under each of them, at point where rivet comes through for strap linking forged part of pressure plate to pressed steel outer shell.
Then tighten back down on the three remaining pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts. That depresses the center, and you can slip the special tool in.
I've heard, gage of wire on typical 5-gallon bucket handles works fine as substitute for special tool. Also, the coiled spring outer jacket of auto-parts store universal choke cables, or lawnmower throttle cables.
