neil, Yeah, what happened? Two T-37s should get you to at least 250,000 miles. One note; when a T-37 is replaced the shift linkage must be carefully re-adjusted or the new unit may be wrecked in short order. That is often overlooked and used to (when there were more people putting new T-37s in their fairly new C900s) happen with some frequency. If you get another one installed be sure that the shift linkage is re-adjusted and the cooler is flushed. Whether or not to do it is partly based on the condition of the rest of the car, which must be pretty good with those low miles, and how much you like the car and wan't to keep driving it. The $2500-$3000 for a fresh T-37 installed seems like a lot to put into an old car but how much are payments and insurance on a new car? And yes, everyone on this board (Classic 900) is driving a Saab that's 12-27 years old.
