Check the exhaust system for clearance under the car.... get it up on a hoist and inspect all of the plumbing.... clearance problems to especially look for are between the cat convertor and heat shield and at the rear axle wher the exhaust tube hooks up over the axle.... not much clearance room in those areas. Also check the condition of all the pipes.... they can rust over time where they attach to the cat and muffler and the clamps can loose their grip allowing the alignment of the system to shift which may cause rattles against the floor pan under engine torque.
