Louver mounting hardware help needed

I bought a set of louvers off ebay, the ones that have the side panels with SAAB cut-outs. They came with no mounting hardware and missing a hinge. They did have the hinged clips that attatch the louvers to the lower mounts so I'm good there.

I've gotten a bad picture of the mounting hardware from a recent ebay auction and have been making reasonable replicas of what I see. I've made a hinge, adjustable locating pins for the clips, and one side of the lower mount plates. However, the pieces that that go between the hinges and the glass are fuzzy and I'm having touble visualizing how they work. Also I'm making everything out of sheet metal and wonder if that's what the stock pieces are made of.

Does anyone have any information on mounting these? I planned on using double sided mounting tape and sliding the pieces under the weatherstrip like the posts I've found doing a search suggest. What I need are some good pictures of the pieces that mount to the glass with plenty of detail.

Anyone have any info or pictures they can share?
