Conn-Tech is indeed very reputable - like Ari said I'm not exactly sure what they'd be referring to - it could mean any number of things.

I would personally consider this option, if you enjoy a little under-hood fun: Forget $65 rewiring - go get the harness from a later Turbo and switch to the later-style APC. The swap is pretty straightforward - others on this board have done it - and leaves you with completely new wiring and a new-style APC boxe.
