As long as the brake fluid isn't dark, I'd leave it until it comes time to replace the caliper. And yeah, a shot of penetrating oil when you have the wheel off takes all of thirty seconds. I had this happen on one of my fronts when I replaced my brake master cylinder. Well, they kind of need to be bled at that time, so I had to replace the caliper. The rears opened up because the oldest caliper back there was a year and a half old, and one front opened up. You may want to gently bleed your clutch slave if you're using fresh fluid throughout. In my experience that U-shaped line tends to accumulate moisture and debris. Anyway, give the rear caliper a year or so and if it doesn't start to stick on you by then, consider replacing it.
