900 motor runs rich after swap

I have an 88 900 turbo that I bought with a blown motor. I bought an 89 turbo that was wrecked in a collision, and swapped motors. All went well, but the car runs a bit rich. The 88 used the Bosch LH2.2 fuel injection system, and the 89 used the LH2.4 system. Are there compatibility problems between the LH2.4 components on the motor and the LH2.2 ECU in the car? I have cleaned all ground connnections. Thanks, Dave
