1, check fuse #25 for blown 30A fuse.
2. fan time delay off relay may be bad. Clipped to drivers side engine compartment wheel well "wall", on the engine side. Pull bottom electrical plug off and test for voltage on large yellow wires to car body. relay should close when engine is running connecting yellow wires together. One of these yellow wire runs to thermosat switch on driver side top radiator which then closes and activates green wire to power passenger side radiator fan. Test for voltage all along these points. It is the relay or thermosat switch failure causing the problem.
