If you're sucking it in via the intake manifold, rather than adding it to the gas or oil, you don't need to change the oil at all. It may be advisable on a pure paranoia basis, but it's going straight into the engine and out the tail pipe, so there shouldn't be any left when you're done...
I'd probably use the vacuum line that goes to the cabin vacuum reservoir. It's easy to access, plenty o' vacuum, and removing it won't upset any engine functions.
Do be careful when sucking it in - too much and you can stall, or worse hydro-lock, your engine. If the idle starts to bog down, pinch off the vacuum line quickly. It may be worth wedging something between the throttle buttefly stop screw to bump idle up a couple hundred rpm.
