The tie rod end does not have a bolt. He may be refering to the locknut on the inner tie rod assembely which you tighten against the outer tie rod. This is most likely what you will need if doing an alignment. There is one other nut, that holds the outer tie rod to the spindle. This is a nylon locknut. I think that both are avaliable from site sponsors like eeuroparts and sobstory.com but you may be able to find a metric threaded nut at your local hardware store.
