Air Con System Pressures

Would anyone know the recommended high and low system pressures and the RPM they should be measured when refilling?
I tried looking for this information on the BB as Bentley only gives the amount of refrigerant needed to fill an empty system
Also, does the outside temperature effect these pressure readings.
