Jim at Sobstory is oustanding for troubleshooting, when needed, for his know-how on Saabs, without ever seeing the car, via a phone conversation, just by mentioning the symptoms. I've ordered most of my parts from them, and NEVER have received a wrong part. I have an 89, do I need to say more? Eeuroparts is just as good. What's nice about them is thier website, which after typing in your car info, most of the time, you will see an exploded view of your car's system with part #'s. Makes things easier for a non-mechanic like me. And there's Townsend. Rememeber, the previous 2 companies are working basically 9-5... Townsend commits Saturday nights to hosting the chat. I can't get on chat now, have to work Sat. nights. But when I was, living close to Greensboro, Tom invited me to stop by on a Friday night, work on the car, and offered lodging as well. Now how much more hospitable can someone be! Not to mention all the tech documents and library of do-it-yourself info you can find on his site.
