Glad to hear you bought the Saab! The '84 model is the best of the early SOHC 8 valve models. The wiring harness is much the same as the later models incl. relays under the back seat. Fog lamps were optional but I bet the pigtail socket for the dash switch are tucked up under the instrument cluster so you can add the factory switch where the dummy plug is. The A/C has recirc which earlier models do not & last but not least it has the set-up for the intercooler mounting up front. Also earlier models do not have the holes to mount sway bar up front. I have the pieces for intercooler installation & will likely list them on this net again in the near future. Where in the world are you?
