In all likelyhood the source of your problem is the radiator. But another time I was overheating and it turned out to be the inlet cooling hose to the turbo.
But it sounds like radiator time. Its fairly an easy DIY. But you need small hands for the little bolts/screws on the lower part of the Rad.
Hope it cools it down.
