If they didn't squeal before you put on the new rotors you really can't blame the pads.
However, it will take awhile before the øld pads bed into the rotors.
One thing you can do with the old pads is remove them, use a sanding disk to rough up the surface and use the disk to cut a 1/8 in chamfer or so all the way around the pad.

Also, when you reinstall the pad, ensure the piston is correctly oriented so the angle lines up with the backing pad/shim on the pads. Put some Syl-glide or high temp grease ør antisqueal paste on the back of the pads and along the sides where the pads contact the caliper.
