I have a 1990 Saab Turbo convert (black) that my landlord wants me to get out of the driveway fast. My bf just wants to take it to the dump, but I think that he can get something for it, and that he should wait and post here. We would probably have to pay a parking fee to the landlord to stall the junk yard trip. Any opinion on the max I should spend to park before I teary eyed see it off to the dump?
It needs alot of work but the exterior (black)looks great re. paint and no major dings but interior is ripped out because of water damage from an unreparaired top. We did work on the engine last summer (new? rebuilt?)and it sounded great (been sitting since). We were going do the whole repair job but I realized I'd have to be a mechanic save myself the dealer rates for labor, so I could afford the parts needed for the interior and a new top.
wisdom appreciated
So dump now? or stall for awhile?
Thanks, Jean
