If the noise goes away when turning left (that's when the left front wheel is unloaded quite a bit) it's probably a wheel bearing. If you make clunking noises accelerating and maybe if they get worse when the steering is all the way against its stops it is probably a CV joint going out. Have you inspected the CV boots? They usually start to break down at around 120 in my experience, but this may be more of a time and age issue. Replace those boots and the grease inside them before they break and you end up saving lots of cash in the long run.
