I just did this today. I was NOT able to find a post here with the pinout of the rear amp cable. I figured it out with a combination of taking the old radio apart partially and running with the old one in place and with a multimeter. This is on a 92 900 2.0L 4dr manual.
The rear speaker amp connector is a 6 pin din male plug. The pinout is:
1) right input (green wire)
2) left input (white wire)
3) N/C
4) ? (orange wire)
5) rear amp activation line (brown wire)
6) audio ground (black wire)
LOOKING AT THE NEW SOCKET (female) it's like this:
3
2 4
6
1 5
I hacked the old female connector from the old radio but it's easily available from electronics outlets.
The only trick is that to turn on the amp you need to put about 8 volts into pin 5.
I found that a wire running from the +12v line to the radio that is connected to the ignition run through a 50 ohm resistor to pin 5 does the job nicely.
Hope this helps. It works good with my Blaupunkt San Jose using the rear line out jacks.
