heavy load springs for hitch rack?

I have a hitch rack on the way from Aaron (are you still around Aaron?) and I'll be hauling 3 bikes (mine and two kids'). I have the Sasab spring spacers installed so my ride is pretty level as it is. Do you think I'll get a substantial amount of sag? I'm asking now, so maybe I can order the Sasab heavy load springs and do the whole install at once.
