The AMM is just upstream from the throttle body, easy to spot if you take a look at Bentley or a picture of one on a site like eEuroparts. Easy to swap. Mine ended up being a combination of many things from years of neglect by the PO, so I replaced all vacuum lines, new TPS, cleaned out the throttle body, and finally replaced the AMM with a rebuilt. Each step along the way saw some improvment in the idle, and now it is rock solid at about 900 RPMs.
