It all comes back to me now...

...Now I remember why I shelved the 1988 SiS. I just put plates back on the car. I took the car for a night drive. With the first Brooklyn Saab club meeting on Sunday at 1PM in Floyd Bennett Field, I better get cracking!
1) Axle needs replacement, but prior owner broke body so I cannot shim the control arm. Need a spring clamp. Crud!
2) Rear brakes are dead-ish. I have the new brakes, rotors and pads. I just hate bleeding systems afterwards. I need to re-install E-brakes with new lines as old ones are semi frozen (I will first spray anti-seize under high PSI into the old ones and see if they free up.)
3) Lights in dash are half dead. Flashers work intermittently, so I need to replace blinker solenoid (without breaking all the other vacuum lines near it). Heater/A/C fan doesn't work on the super high setting. I think I knocked off a lead when I replaced my cigarette lighter socket with an American sized socket. (A good trade off when you consider I can plug my cell in to charge without a problem).
4) Both front marker lights are broken.
5) I need to re-install the 'new' Saab CD system and entire 'new' stereo system from a 1994 Saab TC.
6) I need to place my 'new' unrippled hood and trunk lid on the car.
7) I need to re-glue the fabric door inserts.
8) I need to clean and detail the car.
Looks like a solid Columbus day weekend for me.
