Bought it cheap, drove fine for about 2 miles and locked up....had it towed to a friends place, and just got around to pulling the stripped dipstick bolt and found it as I mentioned empty of fluid. Filled her up so it was just showing on the dipstick about 4 quarts, got it running and took it for a ride just now. OK in all gears, drove about 2 miles, shifted great. Only prob was rotted out vacuum line from FPR to intake manifold which I temp fixed with windersheild washer hose. Whatever was locking up now seems to be OK...may just pull the inspection plate and fish around for chunks of metal. Engine is great, body could use paint but is greaat otherwise as is the interior, however not about to spend 2K on rebuilding the tranny
