Have you used a vacuum pump to check for leaks? Sometimes areas outside of the hoses fail (like the recirculation solenoid or interior lines or throttle body gasket).
My only other guess so far is a damaged injector needle valve or gummed up injection passages or the wrong spark plug or an incorrect spark plug gap. What do the plugs look like? What does the O2 sensor say? And dare I ask do you have the plug wires on right? I don't know too much about turbos for now, so that will have to be up to someone else.
