The level looks normal to me considering the power source. I have a VDO voltage guage which connects to the "community" power source behind the dash. When lights and the cabin fan are on the voltage level dips down below 13, sometimes below 12 if I also crank up the sound system or turn on the AC. As a test, I connected a portable volt meter to the battery under those conditions with the engine running and it reads 14. I think it has to do with the normal resistance to low DC voltage running through those thin wires behind the dash.
