It could be the turbo overboost cutoff switch that is leaking.
If you don't mind being without that safety device, you could bypass the vacuum hose around it.
The switch is there for if something happens to the turbo boost and it starts to over boost. It then cuts out the fuel injection system so that the engine dies. As soon as the boost drops down, the fuel injection comes back to life.
It tough to locate it through the speaker hole but possible.
Two vacuum hose going to it and two electric wires.
