make sure your injectors are clean.
go thru a few sets and find 4 that flow the best, are matched, and have good patterns
get a fuel distributor from a 6 or 8 cyl car, or a 240 volvo turbo
hook up a second 'fifth injector' to a pressure switch
increase boost retard by modifying the advance capsule in the ignition distributor
i had a 240 volvo turbo that i doubled the boost on. there's lots of additional good info at http://www.turbobricks.org (.com? not sure - regular computer is in the shop)
the best way is to go megasquirt, but there is quite a bit you can do if you don't want to get too crazed
the volvo had 2 richening modes obtained by grounding certain wires at various boost levels. don't know how similar the saab setup is. feel free to email me (might be a few days before i can reply, but i will)
first step? get a good AFR meter and mount it somewhere you can see it.
