Those two systems are "joined at the hip" since the alarm CU fires the central lock actuators through its control unit. Replace any fuses that are bad, including the ones under the rear seat and the 5 amp blade fuse in the harness to the alarm control unit.
The central locks should work with the gigantic on/off switch on the floor console. If it doesn't, the fuse may be blown. Your alarm won't work if you don't have remotes and the encoded chips to make the remote and the alarm control unit speak the same language. Got a manual?
