Rebuilt AMM :( - new catalytic converter :)

Got my eEuro order yesterday...FAST - arrived within 18hrs!!!
I blew $1200 on this & that, but it's been over a year since I've bought anything other than oil. The rebuilt 'Injection Labs' AMM looked nice w/it's clean coat of aluminum paint...but apparently that was all that was done to it. The car (87' 900t) would barely run! I turned the potentiometer screw about 30 times clockwise before getting something resembling a normal 02 voltage swing. There was no intake screen or O-ring either.
I know several of you have complained about bad rebuilds...has anyone else had a bad experience with 'Injection Labs'? What rebuilder has a good reputation? It doesn't matter I guess - I have to roll the dice again w/whatever Dean sends me.
The catalytic converter on the other hand was VERY NICE! 'Car Sound' turned out to be 'Magna Flow' & what a work of art! Obviously a high quality piece - perfect welds that belong on a high end bicycle & it fit perfectly. It's probably the exact same cat as the $50 universal fit you can buy on eBay, but even if you can find a muffler shop to weld flanges on for another $50...I'll bet the result looks like a home made mini bike frame. Trust me, the $149 eEuro gets for this part is money well spent.
