My fave invoice comment was in regard to my clutch - "If this were Nic's car, he'd stop driving it immediately and have the repairs done." The worst thing that ever happened was for him to force me to buy a key because he said mine was bent. For every new customer, they give out what I like to call the Pellegrino Pamphlet: a 10 page guide to how to treat your Saab right. He really does know how to treat a Saab, but thank (insert deity here) his wife knows how to treat customers. Otherwise, there would be no more business.....

What part of the Ithaca area are you in, EB? I just moved out of that glorious area and cannot wait to return.......
