i really cant believe this show even exists!

The host of the show buys a C900 for 600 lbs, spends almost that amount of money on parts for it, then sells it for 1,200 lbs and thinks he's really wheeling and dealing. The show didnt explain or quantify the time his 'mechanic' spent getting the car up to standard... so i guess its some sort of Socialist mechanic who is willing to work for nothing so that others may purchase a car in good running order at a price much lower than it should command.
Especially considering he advertises the car on a 'specialist' Saab site to attract a Saab Specialist to buy the car. the Specialist customer, apparently a very experienced Saab owner, is very demanding and asks all the really important questions... well, she asked only one question really..'how are the electrics?'.

The video showing how to do the repairs is of course what's important to the members of this board, but if you put 3-4 full days into squaring away a poorly maintained car, plus hunting down parts from wreckers, etc, i'm sure you would be looking for some compensation for your time, no?
