I don't know offhand what this line looks like, but I'm betting you could make something like it yourself. You just need the correct fittings (which you might be able to salvage) and some fuel-rated line from Aeroquip etc. (check Summit Racing).

There are a TON of CIS-powered VWs and Benzes out there - I'm sure the materials for making these lines exist.
