I used the reverse bleeding method mentioned on this board. I had a piece of clear tubing about 3 feet long. Got a small funnel. The clear tubing was a friction fit to the inside of the funnel. Other end fit over the clutch bleeder valve. Opened the top of the reservoir; poured some brake fluid into the funnel and held it up higher than than reservoir; opened the bleeder valve. The brake fluid drained from the funnel into the clear tube, but I needed to blow into it to actually move it through the clutch line and up into the reservoir. Be sure to clean any brake fluid off the tube before doing this. I was a little uncomfortable doing this, but it was no problem if you are careful.
Once the fluid was building inside the reservoir, I removed the tubing, topped up the reservoir, and used my power bleeder just for good measure (although this might have been redundent). It worked great, and took no more than 10 minutes.
