Not every NAPA store does, but some do; call around. Where are you? I know the NAPA store in Santa Ana, California does. Good work and reasonable price. Just remove the line and take it to them. I used their service when my 9000 clutch line failed. Did not want to use the Saab OEM line because of the terrible and stupid routing; got a better quality line for less money and followed a much simpler routing.
