Not all panels will slide off. As you get into it...you will see that either the wheel well or bumper or door will get in the way. At this point take a close look at the track you are able to slide off and notice that if you pull from the bottom up, the panel will disengage the track. This does not feel natural and be very careful not to bend anything....but it will work.
Correct about the ones under the door...but I think I used a large pair of wire cutters.
Once ou get into it this will all make more sense.
