Is it serious, or just a case of gas?

I wanted to get some real data before I posted, so here goes. My 86 900S runs smooth, and has until 3 days ago. Since then, about 5 minutes of running after sitting for at least 45 or more minutes, the engine suddenly feels starved for fuel, coughs, wants to stall, requires feathering the throttle, for about 2-3 minutes, then it roars back to life, and will run for an hour like nothing happened. This has happened exactly like this every time for the last three days. I have cleaned the AMM, the AIC, replaced all the vacuum hoses, added HEET to the gas tank, and always use premium gas. The one other thing is that my last fill up was not at my normal place, and I wonder if they don't go through much premium gas there. Also the tanker truck was filling the tanks while I was there. So is this just bad gas, and I need to let the tank empty, then refill with good stuff, or something else?
