I haven't checked some of the things you mention; others (e.g. plug wires) are brand new.
Once the car has warmed up, other than the slight hesitation at the beginning of the throttle run, it runs absolutely perfectly: good smooth acceleration, lots of power, and good gas mileage.
I've read and read about this, and it's not likely (from what I understand) that if some of the things in the list above were the problem it would perform as well as it does once it's warmed up.
