Try finding a power pressure brake bleeder tool. The kit that screws onto the brake fluid reservoir. This will allow fluid to be bleed through the system with-out pumping bubbles around. Justin's ideal about loosening the brake line from the master cylinder will help. Remember to tighten the lines down with each pump at the bottom of each stroke. Sometime you just have to let the fluid settle to allow the bubbles to gather together in one large bubble to move them through the system. A power system will help with this with-out any damage to the master cylinder. If the master is old, pumping to bleed sometimes leads to old gunk to be released from its normal stopping point with-in the master cylinder travel and can cause problems with bleeding. I've lost several master cylinders this way so I no longer bleed the brake system this way anymore
