91 900T front end hum

I noted a sudden and worsening hum from the front of the car above about 35mph. My first consideration was bad inner driver on R/H side, as I found it spewing grease in August. I repacked with appropriate grease and put boot back on, as no tears were noted. I replaced the joint & driver. Problem persists. I get occasional vibe in steering wheel. I am thinking wheel bearing now. When turning left, noise vanishes. No change turning right. Any thoughts please?????
Thanks in advance.
