You'll need to remove the door panel to access the motor. Once your able to get to the window track, start wiping down the track with WD-40. This should remove most of the grime. Use some white lithium grease and re-grease the track. On the window track on the upper door window felt, use some silicon spray. Clean the plug contact's on the motor. I'm not sure about my 900 Saab's but, the 9000 Saab has a few bolts to loosen the window in its fame and the way I align the window is to loosen these screws/bolts and raise the window up to its fully close position and tighten the screws/bolts. If your not sure on how to remove the door panel just post the question in the search box on this site. Good Luck on this.
