"You know, the key should only come out when you're in reverse?" Yeah, I know about this. I am curious, now that I think about it, if this is connected to the reverse sensor being shot? I doubt it but who knows? I'm going to take it all apart either tonight -- its a nasty snowy day in Minneapolis -- or this weekend and see what I can do but I really am scared of destroying the $80 in parts inside the lock set/key cylinder area.

The brakes are the sensor switch, yes, but I'm not completely capable (partially due to winter weather, partially due to me) of tearing it apart and finding it, I was hoping to get some pointers on where it is exactly. I do have to fix the hand brake and I figure the Bently will allow me to give it a shot.

So much I have to do to this vehicle... Almost ready to just rip out my new stereo and put it on fleabay for $250.
