So i installed a new 3bar FPR, new cap, rotor, magnacor wires, NGKs, and Swedish Dynamics Red Series APC. Car ran great, boosts into 3/4 red.

next day ... installed modified EPROM from SD. Car still performed great but didn't notice that much diff. with the PROM in.

next day ... installed hi pressure injectors from SD and disconnected the BPV and routed 1" pipe to new XSTurbo BOV from SD.

Took the car out and it stalled freq. when coming to stops, not even off hard accel. sometimes just coasting to a light. Came back and put the 1" hose back on the BPV. Car didn't stall anymore but ran exactly the same. stutter at yel/red point. I noticed a small leak at the fuel rail from a seal that i marded when taking off the banjo to get the new injectors in. That leak is still present. 1 drip every 10-15 secs at idle.

3 days later ... per Gary's advice (from SD) i added all the shims (washers) into the BOV to stop the stalling. It stalled less but still stalls now and again. and not always when coming off boost.

The BPV is still in place but not connected to either line. But when i tested it by blowing, air was getting thru on the 1" side, but not the vac line side.

That's what i have. I am not sure where to go next, OR if a BOV is actually gonna work on my car at all. I have conflicting opinions on this.

cheers, neil
