ABS light has been on since I owned the car. I stopped real hard the other day and skidded. Next day on the way to work, I took the freeway exit and the car wanted to pull to the right. Added some DOT 4 and everything seemed ok. Next day after driving for 10 freeway miles, took the exit and the brake pedal felt spongy and I had almost NO stopping power. I'm guessing the master cylinder is shot.
What is involved in replacing it myself? Am I screwed because of the ABS?
